Error Codes Overview

API Error Codes

API error codes are divided into global error codes and business error codes.

Global Error Codes

The code and message fields represent global error codes, indicating whether the merchant's request is accepted by DiDi Paga Después. No matter what type of request it is, all non-SUCCESS and FAILED error code support merchants to retry after solving the problem.

Error code Error Description Solution
SUCCESS Request successful Indicates that the current request has been processed normally by DiDi Paga Después
FAILED Request failed You can troubleshoot specific problems based on the errorCode. For details, please refer to the following business error codes
RATE_LIMIT Flow Limits Exceed the request frequency limit, reduce the request sending rate or contact DiDi Paga Después technical support team
INVALID_TOKEN ACCESS-TOKEN expires. Use the Token API to query the new token and insert into the Authorization field in the header of each request.

Business Error Codes

The errorCode and errorMsg fields represent business error codes, indicating the actual result of the merchant's request. Different sets of error codes apply depending on the type of business requested by the merchant.

OverdueRepayment User is overdue No need to resolve, the user is overdue on the DiDi Paga Después side.
CreditNotEnough Insufficient amount No need to solve, the user's quota in DiDi Paga Después is insufficient.
PaylaterRuleDissatisfy Paylater rule does not satisfy No need to resolve, the user's current Order amount is not within the supported range.
RiskControlRejected Risk Control Rejection No need to resolve, the user does not meet the payment rules

Check the refund of the original payment form and contact the DiDi Paga Después technical support team for assistance.
AlreadyRefund Duplicate Refund The original order number has been refunded. If partial refund is supported, this error code does not exist;
Check whether to initiate multiple refunds, you can contact the DiDi Paga Después technical support team for assistance.
PaylaterRuleRejected Rule Denied DiDi Paga Después this order does not support refund
UnpaidOrder Order not paid The DiDi Paga Después payment order has not been confirmed. You can retry the initiation after the payment order is issued.
NotExistOrder Order not longer exist The payment order corresponding to the original payment order number does not exist on the DiDi Paga Después side. Please check whether the order corresponding to the order number is paid on the DiDi Paga Después side. You can contact the DiDi Paga Después technical support team for assistance.
/external/refund/v1 AmountNotAllowed Refund amount does not meet The current refund amount exceeds the original payment Order amount;
Or the sum of the original payment order refund exceeds the original payment Order amount.
Check the refund of the original payment form and contact the DiDi Paga Después technical support team for assistance.
AlreadyRefund Duplicate Refund The original order number has been refunded. If partial refund is supported, this error code does not exist;

PaylaterRuleRejected Rule Denied DiDi Paga Después this order does not support refund
